these wheel and tires are for sale for 50$ there 15X10 rims and one of the tires has a burned spot. i was wondering if this is a good deal or not?

looks like unsafe junk tires on cheap rims//to use them on the street by the time you get new tires and pay to have the old ones disposed of and if you can find a matching pair of rims you wont really be saving all that much over new// on the other hand to use them as mock up tires to just roll a project around on in the yard at less than 5mph while under construction they're not all that bad
