what is this?

im doin some work on my throttle body for my tbi engine. when i took the top off the assembly, i found this white jelly like stuff. im geussin its old fuel. any ideas? you can see it between the two injectors. sorry for the ****ty pics

and a 79 c60 trash truck um no idea i have one

That thing is nasty. I can't tell what is white, but you need to dunk that thing in some cleaner, after pulling the injectors out.

I would also pull the regulator off the back (CAREFULLY there is a spring in there) and replace the diaphram and check the spring. Mine was broken into 3 pieces and I search everywhere for one and ended up finding one that required me to make the regulator adjustable.
