Would anybody be interested in a '58 283?
Someone stuck a '58 283 with a four speed in my '67, and I'm eventually gonna pull it out and put in a stroker, but was wondering if that's someone somebody would be interested in. I'm in Central California and the motor runs pretty good - it came out of a truck, and it's got the two barrel carb, it's pretty stock except for (I think) early 'vette heads. When it comes out I would want $400 for the tranny and motor.

I know you probably don't want to separate anything, but I could use that choke thermostat if you wanted to sell it.
