Pimp this truck, oops, too late
Saw this on Atlanta Craigslist, one of those "ya like it or ya don't" it's certainly an eye catcher.
'72 C10 convertable,$3000, 18' wheels, new tires,late model motor,T-350 trans,headers, dual exhaust,air ride suspension,viare 480 comp,15 gal tank,Ford Escape seats,front and rear roll pans,'69 grille and head lights.A real head turner for a truck that is not finished, but road worthy and drivable.Call Ted @ 678-863-5171 M-F after 5 pm or anytime on weekends before 9pm. or e-mail @ copovette86@yahoo.com. Thanks in advance,Ted. http://atlanta.craigslist.org/car/393409639.html

Re: Pimp this truck, oops, too late
Is it just me, or is it weird to see people driving a bagged vehicle with one end high enough to cause nose bleed while the other end is draggin'? I've never seen anyone do this except the nose is up and the rear is down. Then, I don't have a bagged truck, so I don't claim to know what it takes to live with it. I do think that a nice cushy ride would be expected. Am I right?

Re: Pimp this truck, oops, too late
Its a look has nothing to do with ride, I ride with my front up higher than the back in my 97 but not like that I ride with the front tucking a little tire with the rear covering a little rim, but its all for the look, Im not a fan of driving around like this guy is positioned but I see a lot of people do it. As far as what it does to deal with the ride driving in this position is not comfortable, but ride at normal height (low all 4 corners) is actually better than stock if everything is set up correctly.

Re: Pimp this truck, oops, too late
ive seen worse, not total loss could be saved with couple trips to local salvage yard. as far as the square 80s sedans with the redicoulous rims isnt it just great when the rims are so big they look like if they bottom out the suspension the whole car will stop cause the tire will jam in the wheel well

Re: Pimp this truck, oops, too late
I don't see what the big deal is. He just has the rear bags emptied out and front bags aired up for the pic. Like said above its just personal preference. Just how people rather have stock, lowered, lifted, baged, etc. I'm running a suspension drop on mine and not using bags but, i can appreciate the look and work that goes into a baged truck, in fact there are a lot of members on the site with air ride.
With that said, aside from the top of the cab cut off ( i don't care for it personally), can someone explained how the truck was "ruined"?
