Now that is cool. I found one of these the other day and was having the same thoughts for building a vintage motor home.

This is totally fabricated from scratch. This guy works at a mill in a small town just north of me. Why I mention this is that he is self taught .... no body work ticket here just one of those guys that can do it all! This will sell down the road as do all his cars, trucks or what ever he does. We are blessed with some really talented people on thie island. This guy did a 57 Chevy about a year ago and some guy walked up and offered him $130.000for it last weekend .... SOLD!! I feel people just wait to see what his next project will be and line up.

I'll keep the progress of this project posted as I get info. on it.

$4.1 million, and the guy would have taken $600K before BJ. Shows what can happen when you mix alcohol, testosterone, and a serious excess of expendable income all in one location.

Do they give out booze/shine at BJ to get those prices? I'd give an arm and a leg to tour the country in a classic like that. Only if I were born with the extra limbs....Mikey

That thing used to be parked down the street from me. I talked to the guy and he said he got it for something like $40,000. It was one of only a handful made for the (1938?) worlds fair. He had converted it to an RV.It had duals in front!(if I am remembering correctly). I hope it was him that got the big bucks because he put a lot of years into that. It had become a fixture behind Barone's restaurant on Morepark in Sherman Oaks Calif. during the '90s up to a couple years ago.
