Issues with fatmat.com
Hi,
I just wanted to create a post with regards to fatmat.com. Part as a warning and to also see if anyone else has had a similar experience. Reviews of the product have been great so I order 100' of Rattle Trap Fat Pak on 7/31/07. I did receive an order confirmation with a reference number. However, when I noticed my account had not been charged and I have not received any additional info, I tried to contact them. email came back as invalid addres (service@fatmat.com) one of there main numbers is disconnected 1-866-4-Fatmat the other number says mailbox is full 814-899-2102 I searched a bit on the web and did find a Honda forum where another consumer reported the same issue. He was able to get an additional number to reach them, but did not post it. He said he was told they changed ISPs.... http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread...ostid=28668844 Any help is resolving this would be greatly appreciated. I have no problem keeping my order if I know that it "will" be shipped. If not, I want to cancel and go elsewhere....itching to finish the interior. Last edited by gonline71; 08-17-2007 at 05:41 PM. Reason: Here is a link to the Honda forum where the guy had similar issues |

Re: Issues with fatmat.com
Go elsewhere - try http://www.edesignaudio.com
I used this in my Scion and it worked out great. In tests it has shown to hold up really well, almost as good as dynamat xtreme, which I haven't seen any product be able to beat (despite what the brown bread guys and others have said about their own products). I've got a bunch leftover that I'll be using in the trucky. |
