Re: Check out this bad 72
WOW, that thing is clean and smooth! Don't care for the chop at all, and a lot of the body gaps are way off, but that is still a beautiful truck!

Re: Check out this bad 72
Very clean. Top ruins it for me too, and you would think some coated headers would have been in the budget, but... It's nicer than anything I have. Last edited by Frizzle Fry; 08-20-2007 at 02:13 PM. |

Beautiful truck, but majority rules, lose the top. (well, it a little late to lose the top, but you know what I mean)

Re: Check out this bad 72
i don't mind the chopped top, but would prefer a taller profile tire. it's for sale on ebay for 29k and some change, you couldn't come remotely close to building it for that, just hard to cough up that much dough at once.

Re: Check out this bad 72
Chop looks good on THAT truck IMO.
I just noticed, all that attention to detail and they use bone stock OEM looking seats - replace those and I give it 100% |

Re: Check out this bad 72
You guy's kill me!
Super Truck, not a thing wrong with it. Whoever built it did a great job on it I think! That's worth making a Die-Cast truck for it. I would take that in my drive way any day. The stance the look is everything I would like in a super truck as this. The owner built the truck to suite him and that's what I like about it the most. WELL DONE & thanks for the pictures.

Re: Check out this bad 72
I don`t usually talk this way about a truck but, nice ass!I like the uniqueness of the tailgate treatment. It takes alot for me to like a reinterpretation of what GM did.
That thing ain`t built,it`s engineered.

Re: Check out this bad 72
NICE, BUT NOT QUITE THERE. top is most major for me, and there are things amiss with body gaps. all that at it has off-the-shelf economy gauges cored into the inst. panel, air bag controls in an unusable location, tonneau doesn't fit, the interior clashes (is that maroon?) with the beautiful paint, etc. however i have to admit that some of those are based on taste, and it's probably just what that individual wanted...

Re: Check out this bad 72
Not a fan of the chop either. On the other hand that thing might be worth more than all seven of my vehicles.

Re: Check out this bad 72
I'm not a fan of the chopped top either but my name ain't on the pink slip. the owner put a ton of time and dollars into that truck and built it how he wanted. i'm sure it's worth more than all my trucks combined
i do like the pic without the chopped top better though
