20" Wheels..... what offset do I need?
What offset do I need to go with 20" wheels on a 1969 Chevy C10? I'll be running 20's in the front and rear and need the offset. I just finished installing the Air Ride Suspension on the front and rear.
Thanks! Last edited by KB's-Slammed69; 08-20-2007 at 01:28 PM. |

Re: 20" Wheels..... what offset do I need?
![]() In order to determine the correct offset is usually up to the owner or tire shop, and the type of wheel/tire combination in question. It depends on the wheels, the type of suspension (different rear axle, discs front/rear, and many other factors. You might find more information on the Suspension portion of the site, but you will get plenty of feedback here as well. Also, try a search for backspacing on 20" wheels and you will find many other posts on this same topic. Good luck on the search, I'm having the same problem... By the way... ![]() Also cflvulcan, love how the truck turned out! Love that color!

I think it's +13mm or +18mm.

What width wheel are you going with? 8.5, 9.5, or 10.
