Another C-30 w/camper
Have been interested in the C-30 w/campers since I picked up my '70, drove past a '68 w/camper today, turned around and left a note on door to call me, he called me, it is a '68, 327, automatic, white, has been sitting a while, said brakes did not work, did not look close at it cause of the BIG" No Trespassing " sign in driveway, said he would want 1,000.00 for it, probably more of a parts truck, may offer him 500.00, what do you guys think ?

I think, "The worst that can happen is he says "NO!"
You did ask.

Re: Another C-30 w/camper
I would look closer. Its a steal for parts if drivetrain isnt working. And if it is then at least save it from the salvage yard...

Re: Another C-30 w/camper
Good luck and keep us posted. Be careful not to lowball tow much and make the guy mad.
