Got a little bling for the Blazer.
After weeks of waiting, my wheels finally got here. So today I got them mounted with new tires and they should run a little quieter then the old Buckshot Mudders. Anyway the wheels are brand new 17X9 Centerlines and the tires are 315/70/17's BFG All Terrains (35's). I likes the wheels because they sort of remind me of a mojock, but with a twist.

perfecto! Always wanted to see that combo on a lift. Your dog certainly seems excited about your new bling, something to urinate on.....

Re: Got a little bling for the Blazer.
Great looking wheels! What model/type of Centerlines are they and are they the chrome or polished? I couldn't find them on their website.

Re: Got a little bling for the Blazer.
Well it looks like I need to address a few topics here, so I will answer them in the order asked.
First, the soft top. I just received the hardware from Bestop and have yet to even pull my hard top off. Also, my friend and I have not had the chance to get together and try to come up with our mounting system so that I do not have to drill a bunch of snaps in my Blazer. I also want to get a roll bar in it before the soft top goes on. Never fear though, i will post pictures when the soft top goes on, even though it may be next spring before that happens. Second, the dog. That is Buck, my yellow lab. He is my best buddy but not much of a security system The only way he would hurt someone trying to get into the Blazer is by knocking them out of the way when the door was opened thinking he was getting a ride. The only things that need to fear him is the cats who decide to to chance it across the back yard and ducks or pheasant. That look he has in the picture is not his mean look, it is his " I can't believe that you are making sit here for this pictures," look Last THE WHEELS. They are called Eclipse and are a polished wheel. I found them while looking in the overstock area of the Centerline website. The catch is that they are not overstocks, but a brand new design that they are offering as an intro price. according the salesman on the phone mine were one of the first sets built in 6 bolt. At that point, he had never seen the 6 bolt and did not even know how many spokes it had on it. I just rolled the dice and hoped that it looked good when I got them. The only issue that I had with the wheels is one of them had an obvious spot where the CNC tooling was set to deep for part of the lettering. I called Centerline and they sent me another wheel, plus allowed me to buy the messed up wheel at blemished price for a spare tire. It took an extra two weeks to get the other wheel after waiting two weeks for the first set, but still, I am happy with the way that they treated me. Here is a link to the wheels for those who might want a set, plus a close up picture of my wheel, so you can see what the 6 bolt looks like. http://www.centerlinewheels.com/whee...vehicle&data=4

I still can't decide what I want but both of those look to be great choices. I just now need to wait and make sure my credit card identity theft case I just experienced this past week is completely taken care of and permanently removed from my account balance before I make another purchase on my newly reissued credit card. |

Good caption for the pic, " I can't believe your making me sit here for this pic " look. Animals are cool...
I really like your Blazer wheel combo, that thing came out sweet. Wish mine was that far along, oh well, I can only hope 'cause I have to much on my plate rite now. Thanks for the pics. J.
