She's Home!
My painter delivered her back to me Saturday evening. All I have to get done now is exhaust and interior. I'll have some minor bugs to work out later, but we'll deal with them as they come.

Re: She's Home!
Man. I liked it just fine black and you had to go and change the color. Which is way fiiiiiiine. It has enough brite stuff to set off the blue great. It makes it POP! IMO

Re: She's Home!
Looks killer!
Glad you got the paint thing squared away. How much did the paint work set you back, if you don't mind me asking? How many hours did the painter have in it?

Re: She's Home!
Shifty, you'll be surprised what I paid. I don't know exact hours, but I can tell you what he did. He replaced one cab corner, both rockers, filled a few small spots in the floors, installed evrything for prefitment, took it all back apart and started body work. He stripped evrything down to bare metal and reworked it all to get everything smooth. He primered and blocked about four or five times that I know of. After paint, he assembled it all back together, installed all my lights, bumpers, steering column, mirrors, door handles, emblems, grill and what-nots. He also installed my new wiring harness, hooked evrything up, and installed my brake booster/master cylinder.
After welding, he gave me the chassis back and my dad and I put the engine/tranny back in. We had already installed the gas tank, fuel lines, brake lines and all suspension components. He did almost a turn-key job and I paid him $5900.00. The only things left were belts, hoses, exhaust, interior, and I'll have to get my master cylinder bench bled and brake fluid running to all the brakes. Backyard88, I'm running Hedman Elite long tubes. I can't remember the part # right now.
