Cleaning inside of intake?
Any tips on cleaning the gunk and buildup out of the inside of my intake manifold? I have it off my engine right now and I figured it could use a good cleaning before reinstalled.

Re: Cleaning inside of intake?
depends on the type of manifold, like 6 cyl or 8 cyl. but i think that possibly a wire brush or nylon brush and a parts cleaner bin would probably be your best bet. but if that's not an option then i think that some degreaser or carb cleaner and a brush down the intake runners would be the next best thing
