LED taillights in the stock position with stock housings and factory brackets, and a third brake light above rear window.

Led taillights in stock housing as well. They are nice and bright so people can see you.

Cheers

Re: What did u do for taillights??

I was kind of looking for ideas too
was thinking rolled pan with stock bumper, but tucked in,with stock tail lights.
LED's wouldn't be a bad thing either
ooh I'm getting dizzy thinking about it

Re: What did u do for taillights??

Could one of you guys that posted pics here of stock housing in stock positions take a pic and/or describe how they are mounted?

I have the same step bumper as Dhrider, but my tail lights are mounted on the bumper, on that top vertical piece. One is just to the left of the license plate, there other is at the other end.

Is there some official looking bracket, or is it just a piece of flat iron?
I see holes in the vertical post at my bed corners, I was considering moving my lights there, so they are still visible if the tailgate is down.
Now I see that apparantly that is the stock position.

I do custom steel work, so the rack is for 20' pieces of steel. the truck is only 15' long so the steel still sticks out far on both ends.
