Extreme Bend '72 Tow Hooks...High Quality-Low Price!

Here they are. Blasted to clean bare metal, so nothing is hidden by paint or powder coating. They are in great condition. No pitting, gouges or any bad spots.

Re: Extreme Bend '72 Tow Hooks...High Quality-Low Price!

Hello Frank, the nice price on the hooks got you a nice big Sold in only 28 minutes. It took you more time to remove them and clean em up then it did to find a buyer, and you thought that you did not have a market for them . I am just gettin ready to leave for the High Desert Swap Meet in Redmond, OR. where in 05 I picked up a set of these jewels, I am headed out with high hopes for a repeat. See ya around, Mel

Re: Extreme Bend '72 Tow Hooks...High Quality-Low Price!

these where found on 72's only and are different shape then the 69-72 standard hooks, pre-69 hooks are different as well. The price is all because of basic economics Supply and Demand.... Low Supply and big Demand makes for a great junkyard find for someone!

I think that these are more of a work of art than a truck part myself.... All newer hooks are boring compared to these... I plan on welding the nuts to the bolts on my 68 hooks, once installed....

Re: Extreme Bend '72 Tow Hooks...High Quality-Low Price!

I thought the price was getting a little too high on these, lately, so I dropped the price about $100.
They are still nearly impossible for me to find...almost never.
Enjoy Jeremy...they are nice!

Pickmup,
Thanks for recognizing that and keeping this a hobbyist blue collar enjoyment. Sometimes deep pockets make it hard for the rest of us to enjoy the hobby. Thank you again for keeping prices real!

Dave- That "Show Off" set is still here! I am not going to sell them. It is more interesting just looking at the faces when I tell guys they are $600 for the pair.
