Should I keep the gauges or sell them?
I am in the beginning stages of my project and one question lingers: Keep all of the factory gauges because they work, or sell them and install autometer gauges? Any suggestions? If I decide to go with the autometer's should I hang on to the original's (I will never use them, they'd probably just go bad)?

Depends on what you want. I personally like to keep mine a little more stock looking, but a lot of the guys here get pretty crazy. I will say, that even though they "work", they're probably not too accurate. But for me, that's fine. Just my .02

Hang onto them for a trade or reinstall later.

You do what makes you happy because it's your truck. For me I like the stock look but thats me as I am old fashioned. Thats what is great about these trucks...unless one goes really goes nuts and it has been done...it's hard to mess up the good looks of these fine trucks. What ever you do you will have a winner!!!

Go to a show and check out what others have done, hold on to yours until your are 100% sure which way you want to go....
I'm staying stock myself.

And make sure you realize the cost of the aftermarket guages too.
