Looking for info: 66 body on a 73-87 frame?
Like title says, I ahve a friend I just sold him my 86 parts frame so he can do his front disc brake conversion on his 66. He has asked me if it is possible to swap his body onto the newer frame.
My reply was t hat any thing was possible. But has it been done and what would it take is all he asked. Can anyone with experience in this let me know? Is there a previous thread I can be refered to? thanks, Thomas

I would double check with the guys on the 60 - 66 board, bu tI think the wheel base id onger on the new one, and the frame isn't flat on the new one like the old body needs.

Try the 60-66 board since it doesn`t have anything to do with 67-72s,anyway.Maybe the body forum?
