core support help

Does anyone know if they make a patch panel for the radiator core support? I need to patch the small shelf like area just below the battery tray.

If this is the area you are talking about, I don't know of anyone who makes one, but I just did one on mine from some flat sheet metal and welded it in.

Re: core support help

I bought the whole core support from Matts Bowties for like 130.00. Very nice piece, don't regret spending the extra money.

Re: core support help

Cool I didn't even know that they made a patch panel. I don't know why they wouldn't since this is a rust prone area

Patch panel came out nice Rusty, since your retired maybe you could share your template. I still have to work...

How did you make the radius bend come out so nice??? Is it welded after you made your bends??? Inquiring minds want to know.... J.

Sorry for the hijack
