I swear......

....that I am sorry for doubting. I have written on here before about some electrical probs. that I have had with the parking lights on the stepside. Sometimes both taillights would blink, sometimes neither when you apply the turn signals. I've read on here b4 about grounding problems and figured no way that will work with my problem, but I tried what you guys said and ran a ground wire from the bolt that holds each taillight onto the bracket to the frame and the whole thing magically worked that instant. Thanks again for the advice and all the info you all have on here.

Re: I swear......

9 out of 10 electrical problems are usually a result of bad grounding.

Re: I swear......

I've seen people who have turned wrenches for 30+ years pulling there hair out over bad grounds. Once you understand electrical stuff, and the way it works, it's pretty easy, and you can start to 'read' the faults.
There's only so many things that can go wrong with electrical components, power, wire, switch, load (ie, light, motor etc) and ground.
once you realize and understand that, it's cake.
Which is why I say the aftermarket harness industry is one step away from being a sham. They are feeding the fear of electronics, and making people NOT learn how to fix/troubleshoot the real problem. There's a time for a new harness, but they are chainged out WAY more often than really needed.
