My bed is on too.......

..... well.... kinda......

The bed sides and bed floor are just sitting on the frame. Got the windshield and back glass installed with the help of my brother too. Went pretty smoothly. I put the vent windows in a couple days ago also. And as you can see in the last picture, ya can't go to a Goodguys show without the proper decals!

very, very nice! does your gauge cluster have the factory tach?

the seat looks nice, too... did you have it recovered?

Thanks guys! I need to get some more bolts for the bed and need to get the cab and core support centered on the frame..... looks like it's a little crooked. I'll post some more pics once I get everything lined up and bolted down

68_GMC_910: The fuel tank is a Summit 16-gallon fuel cell. The seat has not been recovered yet. The picture is very deceiving..... its got some tears in the cloth parts of the seat. I've got a new off-white/houndstooth seat cover ready to put on and just got my new carpet today. Gauge cluster does not have a factory tach, but I've got a Camaro tach I may put in when I get a chance.

Zkast: I'm pretty much flat broke right now, so I doubt I'll head down to the track Wednesday night. But if you'd like to stop by before or afterwards, let me know and I'll give you directions.

Where's the SawZall?

ProSt68Trk: Yep, gonna pull it apart to paint it, but that's no big deal. Plus I want to get the body on it and make sure everything fits right before I shoot the paint.

that is awesome. When I saw the first few pics....I thought pretty cool....then I saw the chop top and I was tripping. I was trying to see if you photo chopped it and I couldn't tell. Looks like magazine material to me. Cant wait to see it finished (if there ever is a thing)
