They also bear a strong resemblance to the Centerline retro. Of course these are a much smaller diameter which alters the look a bit.

True, but the Centerline wheel has a different center cap. Centerline actually copied the Billet Specialty design as it has been one of their designs for quiet a few years.
And just to confirm, here is a quote from the above referenced article- Big-inch Billet Specialties wheels and BFGoodrich rubber provide a visual statement.

yea definitely billetspecialties wheels...if they were intro's they would be another 1000 bucks....both very nice wheels though!
