4wd and 2wd headers?
Does anybody know if 4x4 headers will fit in a 2wd truck?

Might, but it will have to do alot with what length they are
 (Long tube style, 3/4 length tube style, or shorty tube style)

I was told that they do. But that 2wd won't work on 4wd

I've had more issues with auto vs. manual than weather its a 4x4.
