'79 Chevy Pickup with 30,000 Original Miles

Here's my dad's 79 Chevy Silverado with 30K original miles. It's pretty loaded. Ask me questions if you have any.

Package deal, an individual had both and was selling them both at the same time to pay for the new '08 Z06 Corvette in his garage...

Funny you should mention that... I drove a C6 Z06 last weekend and have been thinking about selling my vehicles for one...

Sweet find, any interior / engine bay pictures? 30k miles is nice and low... but not that low

Thank you

It's got the 350, with a factory 400 trans if I'm not mistaken. It's a Big 10, but the original Big 10 stickers were never applied. But they did come with the truck lol.

Was your '77 restored when you bought it? or all original?

This '79 truck is all original except for the tires 'cause the original tires blew out on the way home!!

I'm dying to see your's in person. Me and my dad hit up the Woodland's Car Show from time to time, maybe you could tag along sometime...

It was a body off restoration when I bought it. I haven't been able to track down the person that restored it so it's hard to verify actual mileage. It was "claimed" to have 82k but who knows.

I can verify that it was a rust free truck, all the sheetmetal is original, and someone really took their time to blow the truck apart and put a quality paint job on it.

I hope to be in Old Town Spring on Sunday for the Longhorn Rod Run. Drop by and say hello...
