Road trip!!!

The weather was decent this last weekend and there was a car show about 60 miles north from us in Laramie, Wy. So Brett (dirtball) and myself loaded up our rides and women and hit the road. The car show was nothing special but the trip there and back was a blast. It was fun getting pics of our vehicles moving for a change.

Parked at the destination...

Heading home...

I thought this shot of my truck was pretty neat, sitting at the railroad tracks...

Nice pics. I went to Cody Wyoming years ago for a car show, and was very impressed with the scenery. Wyoming is a beautiful state.

The ride up to I-80 is a nice roller. Those two rides make it even better. Not much there in between the two old forts. That truck is "just right".

I like that railroad track pic too. Love your 4/6 stance!. Is that 2.5" drop spindles and 1.5" springs?. Is the rear 6" springs?. last weekend I cut the front springs I bought from you awhile back to lower my front some more

Re: Road trip!!!

Very nice pictures. Thank you for posting them.

On our way home from California this year we took 287, I think it was, from Laramie south to catch I-80, our first time on the short-cut.

Wyoming a Colorado are beautiful states.

Re: Road trip!!!

Thanks everyone, trips like that are the best. Alot of people bag on Wyoming but it sure is a beautiful state. Gotta love having an overdrive to make trips like that easy on the wallet.
70c10, you're right on with my suspension. Bob, you've made that trip on 287 before? I think all of you guesses are correct.

A couple of times! I was born and raised in Livermore, about a 1/4 mile up the Red Feather Road from 287. I've probably covered most of that country on an old worn out Yamaha 100 Enduro! That stretch from Virginia Dale on up is awesome! Wyoming may blow, but it has the best snowmobiling around here, especially since it's less than 2 hours from home.
