1969 GMC suspension
I was trying to figure out how different was the rear leafs on a 1969 c 1500 to a 1973-1987 c pickup as well as the front Coils

I know the front coils are the same. Not sure about the leafs.....

The rear leafs on my '72 c1500 are narrower than the '73-'87 trucks. PO actually swapped in a '87 rearend, but is was too redneck so I ditched it. Spring perches on the '87 had the correct width but were torched narrower, new shock mounts were welded on, and suspension bump stops were omitted (bump stops were frame mounted on '73-'87 instead of rearend mounted).
