Here's an interesting article that talks about us (not this site

, but car sites in general). It says it's like we're all sitting around our garages, instead of cyberspace, drinking beer.

Not reading it.But,who cares what others say?If they don`t get it,then they don`t realize just how much they don`t actually know about the world and the people they profess to have such a grasp upon.I don`t understand overintellectualizing over what one does with their time.Doesn`t that take time?

Oh...and the "actual beer" is fully compatible with this "virtual activity" which is potentially "actual" because it leads to actually getting to know people.I`m usually drinking "virtual iced tea" anyway(which is actually actual because it makes me pee).I had a few "virtual margaritas" the other night(and pee`d).It`s funny,I see mention of beer from time to time.But,really don`t know who drinks and who doesn`t.I didn`t think it was about beer.

There is nothing wrong with drinking beer virtual or other-wise.

In my day I drank plenty, but now since I am old and gray I need the kick of the "Dew" to keep my heart and body running.

These sites are informative and intertaining, all round great places to visit.

I have not met anyone on here personally, but feel I know many.

On these sites it doesn't matter what age, race or gender you are.

I don't work on trucks as much as a lot of you, but the information on here makes for a great read and some times motivates me to do stuff to my ole farm truck.

I dont drink beer. But me and Jack have been known to get together and drink a few! I have done some of my best work half drunk. these people who writes this crap....dont do what we do everyday. To someone who wrote that article....I would have to ask them how many wrenches they have even picked up.

I always laugh when people say "I do my best work when I'm drunk". It usually shows too... I don't know why you guys are getting all excited over this article, especially when the author is MAKING AN OBSERVATION, and nothing more.
