I am adding power (disc) brakes to my 69. My question is: Can I run the booster vacuum line off the carb OR the manifold? Does it matter? Same question for the tranny vacuum line . . . does carb and manifold produce the same vacuum? Thanks!

I would plumb it in to the runner on the manifold. That is where I have had the best luck. That is where chevy put it too.....

That was quick, thanks! That's where the tranny vacuum line is now. Can I put a T there and run booster and tranny vacuum off the same runner?

Yes, you can T it, & run both off the same spot. I have 2 trucks set up that way,& no problems

I also have my tranny and booster plumbed into a tee right behind the carb on the manifold runner. Works just fine
