i found one on craigslist and i was just wondering if they are worth 1k bucks, because i have a couple 9" pumpkins that i can swap in and out and to convert my ten bolt to disk would be somewhere around 500 bucks.

i see them around here on a somewhat regular basis in the $400-$500 range

they are NOT worth $1000! You can build a 10 or 12 bolt with disc brakes for that. Or actually build your own 9" with disc brakes! NO WAY are those things worth that kinda coin. People like them cause they bolt into an early mousestang.
