quick ratio power steering pump.....??
is there a quick ratio power steering pump that bolts up or bolts with minor mods...???

The pump doesn't have gears and won't change your ratio. It's just a pump for the fluid.
What you're asking about is the steering box. And no, there is no sterring box with a quicker ratio that just bolts on. You can buy new ones with different ratios that bolt on, but they are 300 bucks. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...61844_-1_11927 |

Do your self a favor and just leave the stock box and pump in it.
A QR box and pump will be a huge burden cuz you will never be able to kick back and enjoy driving your truck cuz you'll be tending to steering corrections with that set up cuz they are very touchy if you think of it like a stereo amp the steering is amplified the smallest input results in a large reaction. These are trucks and driven on the city streets not G machines driven on race tracks. |
