Carrier Question.

I pulled cover off my 12 bolt to reseal and service it while I had it in the air. After I removed the cover to drain it, I had 3 shims fall out. So, I decided to remove the carrier. Now I can not figure out what kind of carrier it is and what type of clutches and retainer to replace in it. The retainer that came out is one weird looking set-up. Any info will be appriciated. The shims that fell out ended up being guide plates for the clutches. Thanks for the help. The odd ball shim came out of the rightside. Not sure what the deal is with it either.

Does anyone know what type of carrier this is? And what replacement clutches and retainers I could use?
