fairly cheap motor for parts/rebuild
Came across this ad in ebay while fishing for parts

I'm in the same boat - dead center between them. Would be cheap for parts or some profit for resell. It looks to have much of what is needed for a TPI conversion (hardparts anyway) as well as the newer heads anc covers. $150 just doesn't usually stretch that far today.
