Awesome survivor! Looks like it just rolled off the assembly line! Does it have any bad spots? It doesn't look like it from what I can see.

Its hard to believe that you just found that in a barn in that shape. What did you pay for it?

Re: Finally Pics My 72

I'd like to know what the barn looked like that a clean truck like that was stored in. Looks immaculate!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations on scoring such a clean truck!

Barn finds out here are usually of the "lots of surface rust" variety.

Re: Finally Pics My 72

As Paul Harvey says "The Rest Of The Story". The truck was last licensed in 1979. I got it from a guy that had been looking at the truck for the last 20 years. The Gentelman that owned passedaway and his wife wouldn't sell it, when she passed away the family came in and sold it to him. He had to replace the tires, battery, clean the fuel tank out, rebuild the carb and install a new fuel pump. Then it put on the Block at a Kruse Auction and I was the lucky one to spend enough money to come home with it.

Re: Finally Pics My 72

San Antonio area is kind to our trucks. My wife has a nephew near Universal City, who has a '67 cab, without glass, and the thing looks like new. It's sitting outside and unprotected.

Your truck is fabulous. You should brag some more and then we could say how much we hated you for gloating.
