Re: grills
Go with the original grill. The billet grills i've seen are usually poorly designed and constructed.

Re: grills
I like the look in that '67 and LMC now has one that fits in the openings in the '69/'70 grille. I'd get one if I didn't already have a NOS GM one to put in. The down side to billet is that it will corrode. I noticed some at a show recently that had spots on them and this was on trucks that I don't imagine saw too much salty weather. Some of the better ones may be clear anodized but even that needs to be maintained to stay new looking. Just look at the aluminum trim on an old truck compared to a new piece.

Here is mine. It's out of the truck but it is a billet grille insert.
Here it is in the truck.

Re: grills
That 67 Percy posted looks SWWEEEEEET. My favorite truck has always been the 71 - 72 simply because of the factory grill.
Just my opinion, (They all look better than any new shi - - stuff!)

Re: grills
I like that '71/'72 style with the bow tie added. Gives it character.

Re: grills
Thanks I had that billet bowtie in it for some time now. I need a new outer grille but will have to wait to get one. I've about spent al I can on the truck.
