gauge panels
I picked up a set of Dolphin gauges at a local show this weekend. I didn’t know what I was going to mount them on. I cut out some sheet aluminum and was playing with some ideas. I found a used billet accessory at the swap meet also (Ford third brake light cover) and thought it would be cool to incorporate it in the dash some how. Anyway this is what I have so far. Thought I would share my madness. I’m not all that happy with it and may scrap it and go another route. So I thought a would play with PS and make up a cheat sheet for different gauge location options so I wont waste another piece of metal. Hope somebody can find the diagram helpful if they want to place their gauges in a different faction then the norm.
I saw one of these panels at the show. Anyone using it, how do you like it? I was worried they would crack, because it seams kinda thin http://www.covansclassic.com/parts/d...4176.101.2.161

Re: gauge panels
Thanks, that looks real nice.
Those are the same gauges I bought. Now they don’t come with the dolphin logo, just the name. How do you like them? They seem to be very popular now with the rodders. You definitely cant beat the price.
