Hey guys!!! The name's Mike Just wanted to get on here and say hi to everyone and that yes I'm just another new guy with some sick ideas for my 70' chevy C-10. I've had the truck since I was 14 now 22 and havent really done a whole lot to it just little stuff like suspension a little body work oh and of course ran through about 3 motors two of which were within about a month, haha too much horsepower and a little too young lol.

Anyways I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and have stashed away a bit of cash from the old lady and had some really good long time to figure out what I want to do to the moneypit and was checking out this site and found a lot of cool and useful info. so I figured why not try it out. I have about two months left till I get back and would appreciate any help or cool ideas or info people can give out. Thanks a lot and I'll be on here when I can to post my ideas and see what you guys think. Later!!

Wow, haha thanks a lot of all of your welcomes didnt think there would already be this many people saying hi. And thanks to all of you guys for the support its greatly appreciated. To answer 700C10's question I'm currently a combat mp doing patrols as a gunner in an asv=armored security vehicle. Pretty BA I know but when I get back I'm going infantry cause I've done enough stuff here already with sleeping out in the middle of nowhere and all that I figured why not just do it all the time so I cant bii tch about it haha. To sdkid just wondering if you might know Nick Johnson he's my team leader. and to lowrollin70gmc of course you guys want pictures of my beater but were you wanting a couple cool pics of here or what cause i can certainly give you guys that if you want. Nice to see a few guys from good ol' sodak too, pretty cool. Anyways I was wondering if you guys could tell me where to post my ideas I'm still a bit lost cause I'm wondering around the site aimlessly and to you guys around south dakota or surrounding do you know where I might be able to find a shortbed frame??? All I can find is the whole shortbed truck and 9 times out of 10 it's already finished and over 8 grand, lol and I really dont want to mess around with cutting the frame that i have down cause I know it's going to be a headache. anyways hit me up and get back to me if you know of anything around..
