Re: WTB- NV4500 4wd complete
Complete meaning?
Trans and bellhousing or everything? Stock transfer cases behind the NV are drivers side drop. For a passenger side drop transfer case you'll probably need an Advance Adapters adapter. (you probably know that though.) I'm gonna be doin this swap to my 72 someday too.

Re: WTB- NV4500 4wd complete
Ok, you're going the same route i am. (Advance adapters 205 kit)
I have what ya need I think. Let me check things out and I'll let ya know. Are ya gonna convert to hydro clutch system? If so, which style? External slave or internal hydro throwout bearing. Askin because I have both styles and haven't really decided which to use. I like the extra space gained by the internal style, for headers maybe, but then again the external slave would be 1000% easier to change if it goes bad. The hydro clutch system is the deciding factor on which trans/bellhousing ya need because they have different belhousing bolt patterns between the two. I've got a Dodge NV and all the parts to convert it to Chevy use, (internal throwout bearing), and a Chevy NV 4x4 version, (external slave). Also have bellhousings for both. I'm leanin toward using the Dodge one in my 72 simply because of the extra room gained from not having the clutch slave sticking out under the starter. I'd like to put headers on it someday and it's hard enough to find headers for a big block 72!

Re: WTB- NV4500 4wd complete
Heck of a deal, I have a 2wd NV and have been told a new output shaft and it'll work for a 4X application, so if this deal doesn't work out LMK.

Yep that is correct. But ya need the tailhousing to mate with whatever transfercase you're going to use also.
