FS 283 with 4 speed
Ran O.K., smoked just a little. Tranny worked fine when I pulled it out, 2 monthes ago. Needs a clutch, though it works. 2 barrel carb. Need to get rid of it. $50, come pick it up.

#1. Carb #2. Distributor #3. Front Pulleys

I will probably end up doing that, if I don't sell it complete - I'll keep you posted. I just need to get rid of it, and I hate to take a complete running engine to the scrap yard, but if I have to, I will.

Truckguy, it's a sm420, and the shifter is interesting - like it had been twisted into a pretzel and someone tried to straighten it, but it was positioned ok in the truck, and if you want it let me know. busted knuckle, pm me, we'll work it out -
