gas tanks in the bed

Do any of you have any trucks with the gas tank or fuel cell in a box located at the head of the bed? I have a longbed and I was thinking maybe I could put a cell in a tool bed box or something equivinant but I was hoping to see some pics first.

Re: gas tanks in the bed

I don't have any pics but I have seen a tank from a firebird or sunfire mounted inside a chest type in bed tool box. Has everything he needs since he is running a TBI engine. Polished aluminum box. Pretty nice and concealed with no concern of possible damage like with an underbed tank.

Re: gas tanks in the bed

Here is one that was in the back of my crew cab when I bought it. The other picture is my gas tank when I removed the bed for working on the cab. I could not stray too far with the second one.
