thinking about a tranny swap

I currently have an SM465 in my 1/2 ton 2wd stepside, and have been recently getting tired of the SLOPPY ahifting that it has. I have done a complete search for fixes, and have come up with very little.

Are there any manual trannies that will do an even swap with the SM465 that are floor shift? I dont want to have to replace my driveshaft, as it is basically new.

Any help is appreciated
