Stumbled across this today while surfing eBay. It has newer/larger stock wheels on it and it's lowered, never seen this (the wheels) before on one of our trucks. Part of me likes it, part of me doesn't...but I can't put my finger on why for either.

Anyhow, thought you might find it interesting.

Hello all,

Very nice truck. Wheels are 19.5's, found stock on many P30 chassis trucks. Were available as an option on most 30 series models. Definitely set off any truck. I will be running these on my K30 when completed, only I have 33" tires for mine (245/70R19.5's; 14 ply, load range G). Already have two of the wheels. Anyone close have the other four

What throw's me off the the solid orange dually fenders. It interupts the flow the white panel. Different paint would make the truck for me. I think I like the dimensions of the wheels.

I like it! If you think these are big,... go check out www.duallyscene.com. People have been running big wheels, (and 10-lug semi wheels) on these for awhile. They take 22.5" or 24.5" Alcoa wheels and turn the diameter down to 22" or 24" so they can run low profile tires. Also www.brentzwheels.com has been selling big 19" and 22" 8lug wheels for awhile. Again,... COOL truck!

stock paint, thats the way it came why change it? also why would you lower a dually? Oh well to each his own the 19.5's look good im not sure on the size the look low profile to me

The only thing I don't like about it is what's on the trailer. It would be SOOOPER *****in' with a nice swb or 2wd K5 back there.

his name is Chase....super nice guy and a HELLUVA painter/body/suspension guy.

He sold the dually a while back, but he also has an orange bagged squarebody

Think he will be doing the work on my K5.

The blue Taco he's hauling was a truck he painted and was "delivering" it to the guy...I think at Southeast Showdown.....whatever show it was...it won best paint

that orange one is defenitly lower than stock, those 19.5 with p30 recomended tire size is very close to the 16 tire diameter. it has no wheel well gap in the rear.

i would like to see it laid out who knows how to photochop.

I think it has a new owner now somewhere on the East coast. That's my new screensaver. I don't now why,... but I love that truck!

I would like to have it , the orange/white one . I wish he was closer . Thats just too far for me . If he was coser I would be trying to trade a rust free Buckskin shortbed for it . Frank

Jeff I think it's because it's a single cab. If it were a 3+3 it would look more balanced. Personally I think it rocks. The bigger wheels are awesome, and I even like them in white. A set of chrome simulators would look good on there too.

Ken, I think you are right...that's what is missing. The more I look at it the more I like it...simple yet sweet.

Hello,

They were an option for many years on 30 series trucks. However, they are quite rare on a pickup. Your best chance to find them is on an '80's-90's P30 chassis. You know, like a bread truck or UPS truck? The newer 19'5's are 10 lug, but there are 8-lug versions out there with the 4.5" center hole. Fit right on our trucks with no modification (as seen in the pics). Anyway, good luck in your quest.

ima have to start looking, all the ones ive ever seen where the 10lug rims. Hopefully i can find some in a junk yard itll save me alot instead of buying the 22.5s and adapters
