Color help
Hey guys i'm a new truck owner and i have a quick question that one of you ol'timers might know . I just bought a 72 c10 and the previous owners did a terrible job on the paint . the inside cab is the original olive green {according to a label inside the glovebox }. I was wondering how many shades of green that chevy had on these trucks in 72 , i have seen some pics of green trucks here and there and really like what i have seen but im not sure if they were original colors or not . the inside of my cab is kinda dingy and i cant get a good feel for the color . any help would be greatly appreciated and some good pics would be amazing, thanx GOD BLESS !

Re: Color help
That "label" you mentioned has all the info you need to begin tracking the original color of your truck. You're right, there were several shades of green, but the color inside may not be the same color as the outside. Frequently, it is, but not always.
Look at that label, again. Write down, or take a digital pix, of the SPID, as it is called, and post it on here. We can help.
