Heater control for a Non A/C cab.

Hey guys.
I replaced this with a "with A/C" version, so I no longer need it. But some of those conversions out there can use this kind too, so if you need it, here it is.
Hows $20 plus shipping?

Are the heater cables included??...Are they in good shape???...if so interested, pending shipping to 28031...
