Old Navy Trucks on Ebay not 67 to 72 but Wow...

So as always I was looking at old trucks on Ebay.... It appears that all of the Old Navy clothing stores have gotten rid of the trucks they use to have in the stores... There must be 15 of them on there... No titles though... They are selling pretty cheap BUT beware... My friend went a looked at 3 a guy had here local and said they look alot better in the pics... He said the one he looked at was originally a 5 window but they removed the rear side windows and covered them with tin and mud.... I WANT ONE!!! There has got to be a clean one out there! Heres one thats on ebay now...

That would be me. It really isn't in too bad of shape. I have seen worse rust and repair work on our trucks. It is on the back burner for now. I have to include a shameless picture of the Bel Air. We washed her up this weekend and went cruisin' (me and the mrs), and I have been looking for any reason to post another pic of her. No reason has arose, so I will shamelessly post it anyway. Maybe someday the Old Navy truck will look as nice.

Pretty nice start to a restoration if you were gonna do one, imagine the saved time in body work.

I'm sorry. It looks like I have effectively killed another thread. Maybe it was because I posted a pic of the Bel. If I killed the thread, I'm sorry.

Re: Old Navy Trucks on Ebay not 67 to 72 but Wow...

Here' the scoop of what happened in VA. I called 3 different Old Navy Stores and my son called 2 stores in Roanoke Va, about 250 miles away, and asked about the trucks. We were told by the store managers that the trucks were donated, not sold and that they had one person getting all of them in the region. Not sure if they meant all of VA or just this area. But, when my son and I called, all of the trucks were either gone or scheduled to be picked up within days. Soooo, it sounds like the lucky person(s) that got them paid $000.00 for them. What a profit! One of the managers here in Chesapeake said that they did not like the way the person acted that came to pick their truck up, so they decided to give it to a local guy.
