Sorry for all the pics, I couldn’t help my self. If I knew how to do the rear brakes I could roll this sucker around a lot easier

Let me know what you think so far. Besides some of the bolts and their color, see anything blatantly incorrect

Very nice. '68 frame? Looking at your sig, all I see is a '72 listed, but the rear end and upper control arms look like a '68. Only thing I see that would lead me to think otherwise is the location where the hard line meets the soft line on the front crossmember/upper arm area.

EDIT: actually, I take that back, there is a provision on the crossmember for a soft-to-hard line on the cab-side of the crossmember.

They are plasticote cast blast #285 I think. The manifolds are high heat por-15 Manifold gray. They have not cured yet and should lighten up some.

That Looks Great Im In About The Same Place I Put All The Tie Rodends Idler And Pitman Arm Back On Tonight But The Rod That Connects The Tie Rod Ends Together Drag Link? Dont Know What Its Called Is Super Close To The Cross Member Do You Have Pics Of Yours Befor The Engine Was Installed Thanks For Any Help

Very nice and excellent attention to detail. I'm in the process of doing the back half of my truck right now and have to stop myself every once in awhile from getting too carried away with having too many colors underneath. I don't want everything black for sure, but also don't want to try to make things stand out that shouldn't

The frame is painted. It is dupont? Nason chassis black. I will have to check the can for the #

Weave1... Is this the thingamajig your talking about? I don't have any more pics, but mine is very close to the cross member too. I think it will be fine once the front end is aligned and tightened up.

I think that is called a cross link.
