Jodie...you'd be amazed at the crap my other half keeps in her glove box. She had to put the owners manual in the house to make more room in it. Plus in the console.
On top of that, the puse she carries is like a friken over night bag!
I don't understand (most) women.

the only truck that has a glove box has paper work and a few item, like a pen, bolts, and a sun glasses case.

I keep a few essentials in my '86. Tire pressure guage, tape measure, pen, paper. I also keep my leatherman in there. Highly valuable tool. My wife, on the other hand, has our Malibu glove box FULL of cd's. I don't understand. She has a 15 minute ride to work, and about 50 cd's in the car.

Hey~! I should report you for child abuse! HA~! HA~! Honestly using that poor child to do all your dirty under dash work, great idea!
My son (12) just helped tear upart a 280zx as a parts car for our next project. Restoring Grandpa's 1979 280zx GL. It's a family thing. (I would have opted for the mint Red 1971 454 Corvette Stingray @ $25,000.00 but he wants to save his college money)

Runs well... working on body.
Plan to get painted weekend before memorial day weekend.
Planned to be done March 7 when I turned 16. Didn't happen. Chose to do better job and be behind schedule instead of 1/2 doing it and it looking like junk.

No, I know what that plate looks like. I've seen pictures, lol. This thingy is metal with a tab attached to a round loop, no not a beer tab. The truck had several in it so I kept one. So far no ones been able to identify it. I'm pretty sure it's not truck related.

Cool

All mine will hold is the V-6 Ferrio computer that I have running my 305 HO motor, not any room left for all the other stuff. I have it all behind the seat inside the speaker box. Made a little storage area in the speaker box where the gas tank was.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

My glovebox is overflowing with about $50 worth of change.

Andy4639, how does a v-6 fiero computer run a v-8. I was under the impression that v-6 computers can lony run v-6's? I guess you learn something new every day.

In my burb: A mouse den, which I am sure is made from my seat upholstery, a moldy GI Joe diver guy, and a bunch of waterlogged papers that were once the registration, insurance, etc. Oh yes, a pink globule that was some ?candy? or somthing????????
In the longhorn, things are decidedly neater, with an original owners manual, warranty protectoplate, and all papers in a neat original plastic folder.
The blazer has only a hole where there was once a glovebox, or so I guess.
