Hopefully someone has a similar setup and can tell me if I have an issue. I'm concerned whether the tie rod will clear the top of the sway bar, looks awfully close. Something seems goofy with how high the sway bar attaches to the spindle. Sorry, this is the best pic i had:

I was able to find a different pic angle...arrow pointing to top of sway bar end link.

I think you meant how high the swaybar attaches to the lower control arm? Either way, I see clearly what you're saying, and being that I'm running the same darn setup, I'm interested also

Can I ask you to try something??

Can you push the back of the upper a frame in towards the frame and leave the frt part of the a frame left pulled out?? What I am trying to help you see is IF your mock up right now had more caster (upper a frame swept rearward) if you would have more clearance??
The first picture I see tells me if your spindle were laid back more instead of leaning forward it would bring the tie rod mount at the spindle UP more giving more clearance.

This is just a test to see if you gain more room with more caster.

NOTE.
Pull the frt of the upper a frame out as far as possible and push the rear in as far as possible and lets see how much room you gain.I know its not gonna be dramatic but you might gain some.

i was told by ART that if you order their control arms and bags for the front, the factory swaybar will not work. they make a sway bar that works with the setup. hope this helps

That's ART's sway bar ("muscle-bar") in the posted pics.

Damnitall, retrospect is a MFer. I just went to the junkyard and bought two swaybars and ordered bushings to boot.

More wasted money!!

Ok slammed1, I gave it a shot, it bought me a little bit of clearance. Also, I noticed from another pic on the site that the tie rod comes in quite steep to the spindle, so I think I'm probably ok.

I'm still a little concerned with how the end of the sway bar hooks into the end link (doesn't fit flat, meets at around 30 degrees)...so I'd still like to see some pics of how similar setups work. Anyone?

i would, but selling those alone i'd lose money

I bought these (x4), $24, brackets and bushings.

i think i will end up selling both bars, $45 shipped w/OEM brackets but no bushings, $65 shipped with new aftermarket brackets and bushings.

oh, and a bump for other pics of ART setups.
