My 67 build

Hi all just a few pics of my 67 short box fleet side. I picked it up in the fall of 06. 350sb with 350 turbo-trans. I replaced the entire suspension with cpp grandslam kit 4" drop springs and new shocks in the rear. The front disc replacment and new upper lower tie rods ball joints pitman arm etc. new tail gait pass rocker and door soon. A holley 650 4-barrel carb and holley high rise intake. The wheel are ar venturas 15-10 15-7 with cooper cobra tires.
I was worried about the wheel space but they filled up the fenders pretty good.
I'm going to re-wire the truck next weekend I ordered a 12 circuit kit from ezwiring. Wanted to start this week but shipping was delayed. I can't wait to get her done it's getting closer by the "weekend lol" but I'll continue to take it slow and do it right the first time. Paint may have to wait untill the winter, I'm going to drive it some this summer! Love the other builds too!!!

I also had a new custom exhaust put on manifold back through my role pan! it looks and sounds incredable. will keep you updated. I love this site every question, idea, etc can get answered. the other car is my dads 69 olds 98 his baby. He's had that car forever and last summer a young driver whipped out in front of him. his car got wadded. lol they don't make them like they used to.

Your truck is looking great. I like the orange/yellow with the yellow on top. Of course that last one, the blue/white truck is super clean too.

I don't normally like a "fade" but the yellowtop/orange bottom one is niceee!I also like the orange/white-orange/silver you posted first.

Re: My 67 build

I'm not sold on the fades either, It's just a cool program that I was playing with. I'm still a long way from paint. I do like two tone scemes though. maybe just the top white, I want it to be different.

Re: My 67 build

I just got home from work to find the new wire harness from ez wiring!!! It looks like a great kit, front to rear. I have to thank everyone who has already done a re-wire and posted about it here. This is my first build and if not for you guys I would have bought the 18 circuit or even 21. I got the 12 circuit and it has enough for anything I would need. You guys are the best! Will update when I finish this weekend.

Re: My 67 build

No I paid 50 or 60 bucks for it I have a friend that owns a shop that is going to buy it at a discount of when I'm done. You can put flames, pinstripe, two tone, graphics. really cool. Go to house of kolar website and it will give you demos. I bought it because it has our truck.
