i didn't get the buckets--they were pretty rough. i'm supposed to pick up another set of dodge buddy buckets from my brother, i bought them for him several years ago from a local wrecking yard. i don't remember what condition they're in, my memory is getting really bad

Jerry, all I really need is the seat frames as I plan on rebuilding them. I would like to put just 2 buckets as the second row of seats in my suburban. Let me know if you happen upon something like that.

Jerry, Are those an EXACT match (box and swivel) to the Chevy units? I am picking up a set of '68 seats from a motorhome that does not have the console and buddy seat. It could work for me. I will have it recovered so foam is no big deal.

it is the same metal box as the chevy. i put a set of dodge buddy buckets and center seat on a chevy frame and it all bolted up just fine.

you can use electrical conduit clamps from the local hardware store and they'll work fine.

i've had some serious family issues since this post was first started--my brother and i are no longer on speaking terms after his wife stole money from my stepmom's purse while my dad and stepmom were in an ambulance on their way to the hospital. my stepmom is now in a nursing home suffering from alzheimers(sp) and unable to walk anymore. there is much more to the story and i don't have time nor space here to get into all of the other crap that he and the b!tch have done but if my brother and i ever cross paths again someone might end up not walking away. there's nothing worse than disrespecting ones parents and i will never forgive/forget what they have done.

thanks for the support. the above is only the tip of the iceburg, it would take hours to tell everything my stepmom's kids have done to her and my dad. it's amazing what money and greed can do to a person--my stepmom owned well over 30 million dollars worth of property--her grandfather purchased the property in the late 1800s and her kids took it away from her then charged her and my dad rent to live there. now that she's in the nursing home they gave my dad a deadline to move out and none of them have even checked on her condition since she went in the hospital and then the nursing home.

when all this is over, i'll be very surprised if i'm not in prison or dead.
