Check out the Oldies
We had our first Az meet-n-greet this afternoon, just wanted to share a photo since you all love 'em and there are some really kick ass rides around these parts.... You can see in the photo, everyone of these trucks are Ka-Leen!!

Re: Check out the Oldies
Man I wish I could've made that meet! My truck is still in parts, but it would have been good to meet you guys in person. Maybe next time I won't have to work! Would be cool to have a barbecue or something sometime.

Re: Check out the Oldies
I would have attended if my truck was done and/or if I didn't have to work night shift right now. Free time has been extremely limited, as I'm working 72 hours per week. Just to give you guys a clue, I work at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station out in Tonopah, AZ, and we're currently in the midst of a refueling outage for Unit 2.

Re: Check out the Oldies
Beeeeutiful trucks guys, looks like everyone had a great time.
Houp, if you dont mind me asking what is your truck running for suspension? I know you have bags but from what I can find you are still running drums up front...so no drop spindles. How do you get that low of a stance, whats your secret? thanks |

Thanks man!! The front was a little tricky, I took the lower A arm off and cut the middle out, to bring the wheel in and made a bag mount, and I put bump stops on the top of the shortened A arms so the wheels have about 1\16th of an inch of clearance from the front fenders when it's layed out. I drove it to the meet like that because my compressor seized, I almost get full steering out of it when it's deflated. EDIT: it was more trial, error, oopps and WTF did I do that for.......lol!
