There used to be an old yellow Blazer at wicked off road that had that type of conversion. Who knows what happened to it after the shop closed down. Mario

The part that catches my eye besides the rear duel set up is where he states it "had flexsteel front seat" I did not know that those sofas came with a seat belt option.

Re: I would also like to see this. DUAL TIRES???

I have actually seen one many many years ago that had like 75/76 dually fenders on the rear it wasn't lifted much past the stock height. Had 1 ton axles and chrome dually rims It was some what clean looking with a good stance. It looked like a blazer on steroids. I am a blazer purist so I didn't like it

Re: I would also like to see this. DUAL TIRES???

Yeah, the only point I can see in it is if it was used for some kind of big ox farm hand prime mover yard truck kind of duty.I mean like running a pto out the back and runnin` augers,Mounting a 3-point hitch, skidding logs...basically using it like a tractor.A literal stump puller.I`ve seen old Willys Jeeps used like that. But,not these days and not for "cool" factor.Farmers have tractors for that, anyway.

Re: I would also like to see this. DUAL TIRES???

I'm going through my pics right now and here's the first dually K5 I've found but of course it's not yellow.

Sure seems like I remember one with dually style fenders but I can't find it.

There was one with dually fenders and a wild paint job for sale a while ago. I believe it had a PU cab grafted to it also.

Re: I would also like to see this. DUAL TIRES???

Guys get caught up in the "Dually" thing and try it on the dangdest things. It`s a tough look, alright. But,they go against you for a play vehicle. Not only do you add rolling resistance and widen your track making the rig not fit between as much, but in mud they become drag slicks and float rather than bite. They end up cocking the rear where a single wheel can roll through flat.Imagine squeezing between rocks.Dual wheels are best limited to rigs that actually need them and the pluses compensate for the minuses.I know a 14-bolt is stout. But,imagine the stress put on one while knockin`around havin`some fun.
That black Blazer looks way tough, that`s for sure.Maybe he needs to tow heavy loads up mountain trails or uses it as a skidder.
