N.O.S. Find

I don`t mean to brag,but...
I found these at Carlisle and just thought I`d share my happiness.I had a short list of needs and only found one thing.So...I bought something I don`t need.Along with two pulled pork BBQ and one Hot Italian Sausages.

First I`ll show the boxes and you can guess, for a day, what`s in them:

Nice find, Tim. Too bad I couldn't go. But like you told me, there's always the GM show, Trucks, Summer and Fall shows. I guess I have more time to save up some more moolah!

Pour a little more salt on it Tim. They have an American car show once a year. I will try to get to it this year and see what they have here.

I just found out over the weekend that the Mrs. has to come back to the states for some training in July so me and the kids are coming back also. We will be around from the 11th to the 27th. The first week is booked but the second week is all mine cause the wife and kids will be going to Ohio for a week and I'm staying in Virginia to play with my vehicles. Let's try to finally meet eachother and have a cold one. Maybe you could still pick up that hood for me and I could get it and the tags from you. Let me know what you think.

Sounds good,Jim.Well, all evcept for the cold beer part.It gets awful hot in July so we`ll have to see if I`m in the mood...I`ll get up with Dilling.

Re: N.O.S. Find

Hey K I also picked up a pair of rust free Texas fenders! It was hard to pry the cash out of my hand but you know Taiwan hasn't made any that fit yet!! Yeah last minute change of plans found a sitter and used a vacation day. Glad I did only walked 5-6 rows and was done for the day.

Re: N.O.S. Find

You brought your WIFE?!!!! The last time I brought mine I bought a truck, told her I could write it off!She used to be a trooper. After talking to the boss/truck owner in San Diego and landing a price I left a deposit. We hauled butt back to Maryland just in time to hit my bank (Thurmont Bank, just into MD on 15) and haul back up and get the truck.I was sweatin` bullets that these vagabonds the owner had hired to bring his trucks east might run off with my loot.I prefer a quicker transaction.

I didn`t mention I went back on Friday. And,what I went back for was sold.Imagine that. It`s not like anyone else would have seen it. Them hesitations`ll getcha everytime.Note to self:Stop trying to be rational at swapmeet.Go with impulse.Let frenzie run it`s course or be sorry.
